Teaching Beyond the Classroom: Online Course Development
June 30-August 11, 2008
Target audience: Eight faculty members who are familiar with the Blackboard courseware system and are interested in designing or redesigning a UO course to adhere to a fully online or hybrid format. This course will meet online for six weeks (synchronously and asynchronously) and utilize online teaching methods in its delivery. Applications available online beginning February 4, 2008 . Application review process will begin February 29, 2008 and continue until all participant slots are taken. Faculty award upon completion of two phases of the training: $3000
